Using NGOmade
NGOmade is a quote-led gifting platform for corporate, wedding, event, and custom bulk orders. The website lets you browse products, submit enquiries, request calls, and build a quote request. It is not an instant checkout store unless a specific payment or ordering flow is separately introduced.
By using the website or requesting a quote, you agree to use the information in good faith and provide accurate details needed to assess your brief.
Quotations and order confirmation
Catalogue prices, product ranges, lead times, and availability are indicative unless confirmed in writing for your specific brief. A quotation may depend on quantity, customization, packaging, artwork, sourcing availability, taxes, delivery city, dispatch model, and timeline.
An order is treated as confirmed only when NGOmade and the buyer have agreed to the final quotation, scope, commercial terms, approvals, and payment or purchase order requirements. Any proposal, quote, or discussion before confirmation is not a binding supply commitment.
Custom and bulk orders
Bulk and custom orders may involve handmade products, NGO or SHG sourcing, artisan production, packaging vendors, brand inserts, printed materials, and logistics partners. Buyers are responsible for providing correct names, quantities, addresses, artwork, brand files, content approvals, and any compliance requirements before production begins.
Changes requested after approval may affect price, feasibility, and delivery timelines. NGOmade may decline or revise a request if the timeline, quantity, customization, or delivery requirement is not feasible.
Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices may be shown as ranges or starting points. Final pricing may include product cost, packaging, customization, design support, taxes, shipping, handling, rush fees, or other agreed charges. Unless stated otherwise, taxes and delivery charges may be additional.
Payment terms will be stated in the accepted quote, invoice, or written confirmation. Production may not begin until required advance payments, purchase orders, artwork approvals, and commercial confirmations are received.
Timelines and delivery limitations
Lead times are estimates and usually begin after quote acceptance, payment or purchase order confirmation, supplier confirmation, artwork approval, and final delivery details. Delays may occur because of handmade production, material availability, festival demand, courier constraints, weather, strikes, force majeure events, incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or remote delivery locations.
NGOmade will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines, but time-sensitive orders must be confirmed early and in writing. Delivery commitments apply only to the scope specifically agreed for the confirmed order.
Handmade variation
Handmade and craft-led products may have natural variation in color, texture, weave, print placement, dimensions, finish, or material behavior. Minor variation is part of the nature of handmade work and is not treated as a defect unless it materially differs from the confirmed specification.
Cancellations and changes
A quote request or enquiry can be dropped before order confirmation without charge. After confirmation, cancellation depends on the production stage, sourcing commitments, customization, material procurement, printing, packaging, and logistics already initiated.
Customized, branded, handmade, or event-specific orders may become non-cancellable once procurement, production, printing, packing, or dispatch has started. Any approved cancellation, credit, refund, or partial charge will be handled according to the accepted quote and the Returns / Cancellation Policy.
Buyer content and intellectual property
Buyers confirm that they have the right to share logos, names, artwork, messages, photographs, or other brand assets provided for customization. NGOmade may use those assets only to prepare options, proposals, mockups, production files, and order fulfilment unless separately permitted for marketing.
Website content
Website copy, product information, images, design, and brand assets are provided for general information and may change. NGOmade does not guarantee that every displayed product, supplier, color, packaging format, or price range will be available for every order.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NGOmade is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from website use, delays, third-party logistics issues, or rejected custom requests. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law and contact
