Policy scope

NGOmade handles quote-led, bulk, custom, corporate, wedding, and event gifting orders. Shipping and delivery details are confirmed as part of the accepted quotation or written order confirmation.

Delivery availability

Delivery may be available across India depending on the product, quantity, delivery city, courier coverage, event requirements, and timeline. International delivery is not standard and will be considered only if expressly agreed in writing.

Some remote locations, restricted premises, event venues, hotels, offices, campuses, or gated addresses may require additional coordination, documentation, receiving contacts, or local delivery charges.

Production and dispatch timelines

Delivery timelines depend on sourcing, handmade production, customization, printing, packaging, quality checks, packing, and courier pickup. Timelines usually begin only after quote acceptance, payment or purchase order confirmation, final artwork approval, address confirmation, and any required supplier confirmation.

Indicative lead times shown on the website are not guaranteed for every order. Festive periods, wedding seasons, high-volume dispatches, rush requests, material shortages, courier disruptions, weather, strikes, and force majeure events may affect timelines.

Shipping charges

Shipping, freight, handling, warehousing, packing, event drop, multi-address dispatch, reverse pickup, and special delivery charges may be quoted separately unless included in the accepted quote. Charges can vary by weight, volume, destination, number of addresses, delivery speed, and handling requirements.

Buyer responsibilities

  • Provide complete and accurate delivery addresses, recipient names, phone numbers, pin codes, and receiving instructions.
  • Confirm office, hotel, venue, or event receiving windows before dispatch.
  • Share address lists in the requested format for multi-address shipments.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive shipments where courier delivery requires acknowledgement.
  • Inform NGOmade early about fragile items, preferred dispatch dates, security gates, loading docks, or event logistics constraints.

Failed delivery or incorrect address

NGOmade is not responsible for delays, returns, reattempt charges, spoilage, damage, or failed delivery caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete recipient details, unavailable recipients, refused delivery, venue restrictions, or missed delivery windows. Re-dispatch or correction charges may apply.

Damage, shortage, or delivery issue

Please inspect shipments promptly on receipt. Any visible damage, shortage, missing boxes, or delivery discrepancy should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with order details, photos, and unboxing or package condition evidence where available.

NGOmade will review the issue and, where appropriate, coordinate with the courier, supplier, or production partner to offer a replacement, repair, credit, refund, or other reasonable resolution.
